Students
Okay so all churches make out that they're the best thing since sliced bread to attract students, but hey, we offer a no commitment, money back guarantee for all our students. Just bring your Student ID and we'll give you free food, free money and encourage you into a deep and meaningful relationship with Jesus/ your duvet/ other great students (delete as required).
There's opportunity to get involved at whatever level works for you. Sunday meetings have been an inspirational encouragement to many students, some others also get involved with Alpha Courses, Cafe Church, 1:1 mentoring, social action stuff, overseas mission trips etc..
But don't take our word for it... just see what other students have said:

The church was an amazing experience for me as a student, growing in my faith in God. The Sunday mornings gave me some excellent teaching, plus real opportunities to spend time with and meet with God through the worship. The weekly cell group helped me develop some deep and meaningful friendships with other Christians my own age, plus also gave me more opportunity to think, discuss, pray, learn, and generally be inspired in my relationship with Jesus. I'm off to Zambia tomorrow to teach on a week-long conference for young Zambian church leaders....

The church was like a family to me while I was doing my studies. An intimate church, where I felt known, encouraged and supported by the whole community, and especially my small group. It was a great place where I discovered more of who I am, and where I set out on the course of my life. It totally challenged my perceptions of church in easy-to-be-anonymous-London.

There is no secret I have benefited a lot from the ministry, so many indeed and would not be able to recount all of them. I had been struggling to find a church but when I visited WCC I was really astonished by my first impression and decided to stay. AND GOD KNOWS not because I wanted to please someone, but because there was something in the atmosphere that was just loving, touching, moving and empowering: it was different from many of the environments that I have been in, and yet these people looked so ordinary.
This message Vince preached on the will of God actually challenged and changed my paradigm. I now seek to stick on what God says is right for me, not what I think is good for me! ...what more...I will never say it enough, I have learnt from this ministry that loving God it's something awesome that we can experience regardless of what we are going through.

On my first visit, I was welcomed by a family oriented body of believers who were passionate about God and students. The warm embrace with which I was welcomed allowed me to adjust to life in the “Big” city away from my usual support network. Through the passionate worship, awesome life-changing messages, great home groups and opportunities to serve the body of Christ, I grew in my faith and Christian walk. The church was also passionate about having an outward focus through local outreaches and short term missions trips (like one to Uganda which was a blast!).
I also married a fellow student at the Church and now live in the States and am still loving Jesus!! I loved my time at Westminster Community Church and make it a point to visit whenever I am home. I gained some very special friendships, a passion for God and a husband!!!!! Not a bad deal really!!
